Mark, originally from Ohio, relocated to Honolulu in 2003. He began his journey in emergency and specialty medicine in 2020. Mark started in client care and is now in hospital management.

In his current position as a  Hospital Service Manager, Mark and his CSR team work with clients and their pets, to get them the help they need. He is dedicated to providing them with the highest quality of service and care.

Mark is a cat dad of three and loves to garden. He is a former chef by trade and loves to cook and bake, especially things he grows in his garden.
